Three doors, stated plainly.
Mneva is in early access. This page says what each door costs, what you actually get today, what is not available yet, and how leaving works — before you pay, not after.
Free — sign in and use it
Signing in with Google is open and free. You get your own signed-in space: a conversation that keeps the thread between visits, memory you can read and correct in your own words, and the sensitive parts of what you share held only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Nothing external is connected by default — mail, calendar, files and other services stay off until you approve a specific connection, and most connectors are not yet available at all. Unavailable parts stay off. Before you rely on Mneva for anything sensitive, read the Privacy page, especially where a signed-in conversation is actually processed.
Founding Circle — €9 a month, and it is patronage
The Founding Circle is honest about what it is: backing the build. Today it does not switch on extra features. Your €9 a month funds a work in progress and records you as a founding member of it — you are funding what gets built next, not buying a finished product. (This door opened at €15 a month; the price has come down to €9, not gone up.)
- Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages; this site never sees your card.
- Cancelling is one email and stops any future charge — the exact steps are on the Billing page, with a 48-hour processing commitment. Signed-in members can also do it themselves: the Support and your data page inside Mneva has a button that opens Stripe's customer portal directly.
- Every buyer also gets Mneva's voluntary 30-day full-refund promise, alongside any statutory rights.
- EU buyers keep the statutory 14-day right to withdraw, set out in the Terms.
- Membership never changes your data rights: export and deletion work the same for members and non-members.
The guarantee, in writing: Full refund in the first 30 days — just ask, no reason needed. This voluntary promise applies to every paid door on this page and sits alongside, never in place of, your statutory rights. Refunds go to the original payment method.
If what you want is a finished product for €9 a month, wait — this page will change when the product does. If what you want is for this particular thing to exist, this is the door.
Founding first year — not on sale
The intended capped offer is €59 for year one, with only 100 places. It is not a bigger or lesser tier. The renewal price and cadence, and the matching recurring checkout, have not yet been verified. Until they are, this offer is unavailable and there is no checkout button or payment link for it.
The offer will not open merely because an old payment link exists. It also requires complete trader details, an exact recurring contract, and checkout behavior that matches the withdrawal terms. No visitor should have to infer a payment contract from unfinished code or copy.
The earlier door — a €299 seat covering three years — is retired and no longer sold. Anyone who bought one keeps exactly what they bought: the end date is stored with the seat itself, so a retired price cannot shorten a term already paid for.
The question a careful buyer asks
Mneva is built and operated by one named person — the Imprint says who. If you are weighing a year paid up front against that fact, that is the right instinct, and this page will not talk you out of it. What is already in writing: cancelling always stops future charges, the 14-day withdrawal right is statutory, your data can be exported and deleted on request whether you pay or not, and a founding year's end date is stored with the seat and announced ahead of time. A written commitment on what happens to remaining paid time if Mneva ever stops operating is owed on this page and is being decided; until it is published here, weigh any future prepaid offer with that gap in view. The offer is closed today.
What works today, in one honest list
- Working now: the signed-in conversation and its memory, consent-gated handling of sensitive things you share, the scripted public demo, the in-app billing portal button for members, and the deletion path described on the Privacy page.
- Not available yet: connectors (mail, calendar, files, music, health) and self-serve export.
- Handled by a person meanwhile: export, correction, deletion and cancellation all run through pedro@mneva.ai with the response times each page states.
