Leaving must be as easy as joining.

The Founding Circle is €9 a month, and this page is the exit. No retention flow, no guilt screen, no phone call. The steps below are the whole procedure.

To cancel

Send one email to pedro@mneva.ai from the address you used when you joined, saying you want to cancel. That is the entire procedure — no form, no reason required.

• Your cancellation is processed within 48 hours of your email arriving, and you get a confirmation reply when it is done.
• Cancelling stops any future charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
• Cancelling never touches your data rights: export and deletion work exactly as the Privacy page describes, whether you are a member or not.

The founding first-year offer is closed

The intended separate offer is €59 for year one, capped at 100 places. It is not on sale: its renewal price and cadence, matching recurring checkout, and the required trader details are not yet verified. No stale or one-off payment link is a valid way to buy it. (Bought the earlier €299 three-year seat? Nothing changes for you: your end date remains stored with your seat.)

If this offer opens later, its full recurring contract, cancellation route, withdrawal terms, and 30-day refund promise will be shown before payment. Existing founding-seat holders can email pedro@mneva.ai to ask about the term already recorded with their purchase.

Joined less than 30 days ago?

Full refund in the first 30 days — just ask, no reason needed. This is Mneva's voluntary promise for every paid door. Email pedro@mneva.ai from the address used to pay; the refund goes to the original payment method. This promise adds to, and never replaces, your legal rights.

EU buyers have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw: join, change your mind within 14 days, and the payment is refunded. The same one email to pedro@mneva.ai does it — just say you are withdrawing. The full terms of that right are in the Terms.

Receipts, and updating your card

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages — this site never sees your card. Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge, so your inbox is your billing record.

To update your payment method, use the same address: pedro@mneva.ai. You will get a secure Stripe link back — card details never go over plain email, and nobody at Mneva ever sees them.
