The documents, and the short version.
Three pages, written to be read. If you only read one thing, read the short version below — it is the part people are usually surprised by, and we would rather surprise you here than later.
Mneva is run by Pedro Carlos Camilleri, a sole trader established in Malta, trading as Mneva. He is the data controller, the trader you would be contracting with, and the person who answers pedro@mneva.ai. There is no company between him and you.
The documents
The short version
1. Your conversation runs on one person's own machine
When you are signed in and send a message, Mneva does not hand it to a large third-party AI cloud. It relays it — along with your email address and your account identifier — to a computer that Pedro Carlos Camilleri owns and operates personally, where the model runs. That is the deliberate trade: your words are not training data for a third-party provider, and they are also not in a hardened data centre with a compliance team. The full explanation is in Privacy, section 4.
2. Some things are kept for 400 days
Notes, captures and records you save — and the picture Mneva builds of you from them — are kept for 400 days. Chat history at the network edge is kept for 30 days. That is longer than most people assume, which is why it is here and not buried. Full retention table.
3. Deletion is a person, not a button, and it is not yet complete
Ask at pedro@mneva.ai and your data is erased — including the copy on the owner's machine. But the automated delete route only reaches the hosting platform's store, not that machine, so do not read a completion message from any in-product control as proof that every copy is gone. The honest limits, stated in full.
One address for all of it
Support, complaints, refunds, withdrawal, a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or a security report — all of it goes to pedro@mneva.ai and is answered by Pedro, usually within a few days and always within the month the GDPR allows. Nothing automated, nothing overstated.
