The EU requires anyone selling online to say plainly who they are and how to reach them, before you buy. This is that page. It is short on purpose.

Mail to pedro@mneva.ai reaches Pedro directly. It is the route for support, complaints, refunds, withdrawal, data requests, and anything else on these pages. During early access there is no support telephone line; if one is added it will be listed here.
One owner detail is still missing: VAT status.
The seller is Pedro Carlos Camilleri, a sole trader in Malta, and the trading address above is the one Pedro confirmed for publication. The VAT status has not been confirmed yet and cannot be guessed.
VAT status follows from the accountant and can be confirmed after the fact; the prepaid founding-year offer waits for it. When Pedro confirms it, it replaces this note without changing the public offer copy.
