The EU requires anyone selling online to say plainly who they are and how to reach them, before you buy. This is that page. It is short on purpose.

Mail to pedro@mneva.ai reaches Pedro directly. It is the route for support, complaints, refunds, withdrawal, data requests, and anything else on these pages. During early access there is no support telephone line; if one is added it will be listed here.
Required owner details are still missing.
The seller is Pedro Carlos Camilleri, a sole trader in Malta. The supplied rebuild brief did not include the trading address or VAT status. Those values cannot be guessed or copied from a private source without Pedro's explicit confirmation.
The geographic trading address and applicable VAT information must be available before a new buyer is sent to payment. New paid checkout therefore stays closed. When Pedro confirms both values, they replace this note and the price-matched checkout can be enabled without changing the public offer copy.
